Motion — a product of Mosaic AI Labs, Inc. Version: 2026-09-12 Mosaic AI Labs, Inc., 660 York Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States Terms of Service ================ 1. Motion and this agreement Motion is a product of Mosaic AI Labs, Inc. (Mosaic, we, us), 660 York Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States. Motion is not a separate contracting company. These Terms govern Motion's websites, applications, video tools, Library, Community, APIs, agents, integrations, and related services that link to them (the Service). Other Mosaic products have their own applicable terms; a shared account does not provide the same credits or subscription entitlements in every product. By accepting these Terms or using the Service after being given notice of them, you agree to these Terms and the Purchase & Refund Policy and Content Policy incorporated into them. Our Privacy Policy describes personal information practices; accepting a contract is not consent to every use of personal information. If you act for an organization, you represent that you can bind it, and 'you' includes that organization. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly conflicts. The offer accepted at purchase controls its price, duration, included features, and any additional refund promise. Mandatory law always controls. This version applies to new acceptances. It does not retroactively remove rights attached to earlier purchases. We give advance notice of material changes for existing users and obtain additional consent where required. Subscriptions renew and can produce additional charges until canceled. Automatic top-ups are a separate purchase authorization. Read the Purchase & Refund Policy and the offer shown before purchasing. Accepting these Terms does not by itself establish an express request for early performance or an acknowledgment of loss of a statutory withdrawal right. 2. Eligibility and accounts You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement, or the higher age required where you live. Do not use the Service if applicable sanctions or export controls prohibit us from supplying it to you. Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current. Protect credentials, API keys, devices, and connected accounts. You are responsible for the people and agents you authorize and their actions within that authority. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. These Terms do not make you liable for charges that applicable law treats as unauthorized. Workspace administrators may manage access and content within their organization's permissions and agreement. Use an account you are entitled to control. Do not sell, lend, or transfer individual credentials, register with another person's identity, or create replacement accounts to evade a restriction. An organization may authorize members through the supported access controls. We may require proportionate checks to protect an account or investigate misuse, and may refuse or reclaim an identifier that impersonates someone or infringes their rights. 3. Organizations and workspace administration Where a feature supports an organization or shared workspace, the administrator determines membership and permissions within that feature. Content you place there may be accessible to administrators and authorized members and may remain with the organization after your membership ends. Check the destination and permissions before uploading private or client material. An administrator's authority remains subject to applicable privacy law and the organization's agreement with you. The organization is responsible for the members, integration permissions, and purchases it authorizes, including removing access when a person leaves. A member cannot bind the organization to new charges without appropriate authority. Shared work does not automatically combine personal subscriptions, promotional entitlements, or credits across accounts or across Mosaic products. If an organizational agreement addresses confidentiality, processing instructions, ownership, security, or service levels, that agreement controls within its scope. 4. Access, third parties, and changes We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. We and our licensors retain rights in the Service, software, designs, trademarks, and templates, apart from your content and rights expressly granted to you. Do not resell access, bypass security or usage limits, scrape private data, or reverse engineer except to the extent applicable law permits despite this restriction. Third-party models, stock media, music, fonts, software, and connected services may have their own licenses, restrictions, charges, and privacy terms. A Motion subscription does not purchase rights we do not hold. Check asset restrictions before publishing or commercial use. You authorize connected-service actions only within permissions you grant. Review agent permissions and spending controls: agents can consume credits, modify content, or publish when authorized. Features, models, and availability can change. For a material adverse change to a paid commitment, we provide notice and any replacement, cancellation, or refund remedy required by law or the offer. Beta features may be incomplete. Keep independent copies of important work; the Service is not a guaranteed archival backup. 5. Capacity, availability, updates, and experimental features Access depends on your plan, available credits, supported devices, and the limits disclosed for the feature. Limits may address file size, storage, concurrency, processing time, requests, or network use. We may queue, throttle, or reject requests to enforce those limits or protect the Service. Do not distribute requests across accounts or credentials to circumvent them. Buying credits does not reserve dedicated infrastructure unless your offer expressly says so. Model availability, provider capacity, maintenance, and network conditions affect speed and results. A named model can be replaced or retired; an ordinary model update does not itself entitle you to a refund if the promised service remains conforming. If we materially reduce a paid commitment, your accepted offer and mandatory notice, cancellation, and remedy rights still apply. Updates may be necessary for security, compatibility, or continued access. You are responsible for maintaining supported software on your devices. Features labeled beta, preview, or experimental may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Evaluate them before using them for work that needs guaranteed availability. Experimental status does not remove mandatory obligations for a paid feature or excuse a misleading description. We do not promise unlimited storage, unlimited generation, a fixed queue position, or a service-level credit unless the offer expressly includes it. If an offer uses the word unlimited, its material scope and fair-use conditions must be disclosed with that offer; these Terms do not create hidden usage limits for a previously accepted commitment. 6. Your content and outputs You retain rights in content you provide (Inputs). As between you and Mosaic, you own generated outputs to the extent ownership is recognized by applicable law, and we assign to you any rights we hold in those outputs, excluding our pre-existing technology and third-party materials. AI output may not qualify for copyright, may resemble other outputs, and is not guaranteed to be exclusive or free of third-party rights. Commercial use remains subject to law and applicable licenses. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, and adapt your content as needed to provide and improve the Service, including generation, project storage, quality checks, feature development, troubleshooting, preventing abuse, and complying with law. This license is subject to the purposes, limits, privacy choices, and no-model-training commitment in the Privacy Policy and any applicable signed agreement. We may grant providers the rights needed to perform those tasks for us. This license does not authorize training or fine-tuning AI models on your content, advertising with your private projects, or selling your content. Sharing and Community submissions authorize display to the audience and in the places you select. Deletion ends this license except for permitted retention, existing authorized copies, and obligations that survive deletion. You must have the rights and permissions needed for inputs and instructions, including copyright, trademarks, personal information, music, and a person's image or voice. Obtain appropriate permission before cloning a real person. Do not upload secrets or sensitive information without legal authority and an appropriate feature or agreement. Review outputs for accuracy, safety, suitability, and rights before relying on or distributing them. Rights you already lawfully hold in exported outputs do not end just because you cancel a subscription or delete your account. You may deliver those outputs to clients and license your rights to them, subject to underlying asset licenses and third-party rights. Continued access to hosted files, editable projects, or paid tools is a separate entitlement and is not guaranteed by ownership of an exported file. 7. Storage, shared links, and connected accounts Keep copies of content you need outside Motion. Your plan and feature determine whether and for how long content is stored, and whether an asset is a temporary processing file, a project asset, or a Library backup. Uploading a file to a chat is not a promise of permanent archival storage. We may establish prospective storage limits with the notice and protections required for existing paid commitments. Choose the audience for shared links and public submissions carefully. A recipient may download, forward, or retain a copy. Revoking a link or deleting the source cannot recall every previously authorized external copy. Public availability does not give other users an unlimited license to your content; the sharing feature, applicable license, and law determine permitted use. Only connect accounts and grant permissions you are authorized to use. Connected providers control their own availability and access rules and can change or revoke them. Disconnecting an integration stops future access within its supported scope but does not undo a completed publication, transfer, deletion, or other previously authorized action. Manage copies and permissions at the destination as well as in Motion. Account closure and downstream erasure follow the Privacy Policy. Deletion may be irreversible. Export needed material before requesting deletion; support cannot guarantee recovery once deletion has begun. 8. AI limitations and prohibited uses AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inconsistent, or objectionable results. Estimates of credits, timing, or quality are not guarantees. Generations, revisions, tool calls, and agent operations can consume resources even if you dislike an output or stop a run. This does not exclude remedies for defective service or incorrectly charged usage. Follow the Content Policy. Do not use Motion for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, unauthorized impersonation, malware, or interference with others' rights. Do not evade moderation or usage limits, create accounts to abuse promotions, or access another customer's information. 9. API, MCP, and developer access These provisions apply when you access Motion through an API, MCP client, service account, software integration, or another programmatic interface we make available. Use only documented or otherwise authorized interfaces and permissions. An integration may support use in your own application where offered, but does not permit resale of bare credentials, circumvention of plan restrictions, or an implied right to operate an unrestricted substitute for Motion. Keep keys and tokens secret. Do not place private credentials in public repositories, browser bundles, shared prompts, or end-user applications where others can extract them. Limit access to people and systems that need it, rotate or revoke compromised credentials, and notify team@usemosaic.ai promptly after discovering unauthorized use. A key's technical ability to make a request does not settle whether a disputed charge was legally authorized. If your integration serves other people, you are responsible for appropriate end-user permissions, lawful inputs, disclosures about your own data handling, and enforcement of applicable use restrictions. Do not imply that Mosaic endorses your application or guarantees its outputs. You must have authority to transmit end-user information to Motion and connected providers; these Terms do not replace your own privacy notice or required agreement. Handle rate limits, errors, and uncertain results responsibly. Repeating a paid operation can create additional usage; a client timeout does not prove the original operation failed. Use supported idempotency and reconciliation mechanisms where available, and do not deliberately resend work to obtain duplicate benefits. We may rotate credentials, require a supported interface version, or restrict an abusive integration, subject to existing commitments and law. 10. Agents, automations, and delegated actions Agents can carry out sequences of actions, use connected tools, and continue work according to the permissions and instructions you provide. Review the requested work, destinations, available tools, credit settings, and any purchase authority. Instructions to generate content do not automatically authorize publishing it publicly, transmitting private information to an unrelated destination, or spending without an agreed limit. Where you enable recurring or background work, stopping one chat or closing the app may not stop separately scheduled activity. Use the relevant stop, schedule, integration, or billing controls and contact support if an action continues unexpectedly. Revoking authority stops future authorized activity; operations already submitted to a provider may still finish and incur properly disclosed charges. Review consequential outputs and actions before relying on them. Agents can misunderstand instructions, follow incomplete information, or encounter hostile content from external sources. You remain responsible for actions you validly authorize, while Mosaic remains responsible for obligations and liabilities that cannot lawfully be transferred to you. A third-party assistant's assurances cannot change Motion's contract, grant a refund, or establish a spending authorization on Mosaic's behalf. 11. Payment obligations The Purchase & Refund Policy governs subscriptions, renewals, credits, top-ups, upgrades, automatic purchases, cancellation, and refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or an express offer or agreement. Review the total price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, and immediate charges before authorizing payment. You authorize charges you approve, including recurring subscriptions and automatic top-ups you separately enable. Payment processors and billing providers collect them. Taxes and currency conversion or bank fees may apply as disclosed by the seller or your provider. We may suspend paid access for unpaid, undisputed amounts after appropriate notice, subject to law. 12. Community, feedback, and promotions You are responsible for interactions and arrangements you make with other users. A public profile, moderation approval, featured example, or link is not a guarantee of identity, ownership, accuracy, or commercial suitability. Do not rely on the Service to verify another person's rights or ability to perform an agreement. When you deliberately submit content to a public gallery or showcase, you authorize its display there with the profile information you select and the technical adaptations necessary to present it. Submission does not authorize unrestricted use of private projects in Mosaic advertising. A separate contest, affiliate arrangement, testimonial, or marketing submission can have additional terms presented for that participation. You may give suggestions and product feedback voluntarily. You grant Mosaic permission to use that feedback to develop and improve products without an obligation to pay or credit you. This permission concerns the suggestion itself; it does not transfer ownership of your private projects or override confidentiality, intellectual-property, personal-information obligations, or the no-model-training commitment. Do not create false reviews, conceal a legally required sponsorship disclosure, misrepresent an affiliation, or abuse referral and promotional programs. Special offers apply only under their stated eligibility and terms; participation does not guarantee earnings, placement, a prize, or future discounts. 13. Cancellation, suspension, and deletion Cancel future renewals through Motion billing settings or the billing portal; contact us if you cannot access either. Cancellation, a refund request, and account deletion are different actions. Tell us which you want, and we handle each applicable request. Uninstalling the app or stopping use does not cancel billing. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, security threats, unlawful use, or legal requirements. When practicable and appropriate, we give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may act immediately to prevent harm or comply with law. Contact us to seek review. We do not penalize good-faith privacy, consumer-rights, or billing-dispute requests. If we permanently discontinue your paid Service or terminate paid access without your breach, we refund the unused prepaid subscription period and unused purchased credits attributable to that Service. Promotional credits have no cash redemption value except where law requires otherwise. Other unused balances remain subject to the Purchase & Refund Policy and mandatory law. Account deletion disables the shared Mosaic identity and access across Motion, Canvas, and other Mosaic products, starts deletion of private Motion content, cancels active Motion subscriptions, and removes unused credits. Export needed work first. Deletion does not waive statutory refund or privacy rights. The Privacy Policy explains retention exceptions and cross-product limits. Accrued payment obligations, dispute provisions, and permitted retention survive where appropriate. 14. Warranties and mandatory guarantees To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular creative result, or commercial success. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, warranties, or rights to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, or other remedy. Requirements of reasonable care and skill, conformity with description, and fitness for a disclosed purpose continue to apply where required by law. 15. Liability limits To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from the Service. To that same extent, our total aggregate liability relating to the Service is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amounts you paid us for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where protected by law, death or personal injury caused by negligence where protected by law, or liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not cap a refund we expressly owe. Mandatory consumer losses and remedies remain available. 16. Business indemnity For business use, to the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Mosaic against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful content, violation of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms. This excludes claims caused by Mosaic's breach, negligence, or misconduct and does not apply to personal consumer use. We will notify you promptly, reasonably cooperate at your expense, and allow you to control the defense with competent counsel. No settlement may admit fault by us or impose obligations on us without our written consent. 17. Electronic notices and contract records We may communicate through the Service, your account email, and other channels you have provided for the relevant purpose. Keep contact details current and review billing and service notices. Contract and security communications are separate from optional marketing. Electronic delivery is used only to the extent lawful and does not replace a particular form of notice or affirmative consent required by law. You can download the policy version linked on this page and retain your purchase confirmation. A policy's publication date is not proof of your acceptance or of delivery of a particular notice. For requests involving an earlier purchase, the applicable accepted offer, policy version, notices, and mandatory law determine your rights. Send formal notices to Mosaic AI Labs, Inc. at the address above or team@usemosaic.ai, identifying the account and issue where possible. We do not require postal delivery for a cancellation or privacy request that can lawfully be made electronically. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive documents. 18. Events beyond reasonable control Events outside a party's reasonable control can prevent or delay performance, including natural disasters, civil emergencies, widespread network or power failures, and interruptions at an independent provider. To the extent permitted by law, a party is not responsible for delay directly caused by such an event where reasonable precautions and mitigation would not have prevented it. This provision does not excuse reasonable security and continuity measures, relieve you of charges already validly incurred, or allow Mosaic to retain payment for an unsupplied service where a refund or other remedy is required. We will take reasonable steps to limit the disruption. Prolonged interruption of a paid commitment remains subject to your offer and mandatory termination and refund rights. 19. Disputes and general provisions Send questions, complaints, infringement notices, and dispute requests to team@usemosaic.ai or our address above. Include enough information to identify the issue; never send passwords or full card details. You may use courts, regulators, statutory dispute processes, and payment-provider remedies available under applicable law. Contacting support is not a prerequisite where law does not allow one. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class proceedings or jury rights. These Terms do not displace mandatory law or jurisdiction protections of your place of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent legally possible. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without consent unless law permits it; we may transfer it in a reorganization or sale without reducing mandatory rights. These Terms, incorporated policies, the accepted offer, and any controlling signed agreement constitute the agreement for the Service. Purchase & Refund Policy ======================== 1. All purchases are final, subject to legal rights Motion is supplied by Mosaic AI Labs, Inc. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires a remedy, an offer expressly promises one, or a signed agreement provides otherwise. This default applies worldwide to initial subscriptions, renewals, monthly and annual plans, upgrades, credit packs, Flex purchases, manual and automatic top-ups, and authorized API or agent purchases. Mandatory rights in your country, state, or province take priority over every restriction in this policy. Changing your mind, forgetting to cancel, not using Motion, leaving credits unused, disliking an otherwise conforming creative result, buying the wrong plan, or deleting an account does not by itself create a contractual refund right. These examples do not defeat statutory cancellation rights, misleading-sale claims, unauthorized-charge protections, or remedies for defective or undelivered services. Goodwill adjustments do not establish a general refund entitlement or limit a legal entitlement. 2. Orders, payment processing, and purchase records The offer and checkout identify what you are buying, the seller, amount, currency, tax treatment, and any recurring commitment. Keep a copy of that information. A displayed monthly equivalent for an annual offer does not change the total annual charge. A feature description or credit estimate is not authorization to bill an undisclosed amount. Stripe and Autumn support Motion payment and subscription processing. Payment details can be validated by the processor or issuer, and authorization can fail or require additional authentication. A pending bank authorization is not necessarily a completed purchase; a failed attempt does not establish that payment was collected. Contact support before making repeated purchases if the status is unclear. You must be authorized to use the payment method and provide accurate billing information. Any permission to save a method or retry an authorized payment is limited by the offer and applicable law. Saving a method does not authorize every future purchase. A receipt, invoice, account balance, and consent record serve different purposes; we review the relevant records when resolving a dispute. 3. Renewals, annual plans, trials, and cancellation Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price disclosed at purchase until canceled. Monthly plans are charged monthly. Annual plans are charged for the full year even when an equivalent monthly price is displayed; credits may be allocated monthly within that year as the offer specifies. An annual plan is not a month-to-month purchase. Cancel before the next renewal through Plan and credits or the billing portal to stop it. Cancellation normally leaves paid access through the end of the current paid period and does not automatically refund that period. Credit expiry follows the terms disclosed for your balance. If sign-in or cancellation fails, contact team@usemosaic.ai. You do not need to provide a reason to cancel. Trials, discounts, and promotions follow their stated eligibility, duration, renewal price, and cancellation deadline. Do not create replacement accounts to reuse first-purchase offers. We provide renewal, trial-ending, and price-change notices and obtain additional consent where required by law. Ongoing subscription price changes apply prospectively after appropriate notice and an opportunity to cancel; they do not reprice a period already paid for. 4. Credits, usage, and plan changes Credits measure access to Motion processing; they are not money, a deposit account, or an investment. They cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash except as required by law. Subscription credits, purchased top-ups, and promotional credits can have different reset, expiry, and rollover rules. The rules disclosed for the plan or pack at purchase apply. We do not invent expiry dates or apply new forfeiture rules retrospectively to purchased balances. Usage depends on model, task, tools, input size, retries, and revisions. Estimates are not a fixed price or promise of a number of successful videos. Additional generations or revisions can consume credits. Stopping a run does not undo compute already supplied. Review the usage ledger and spending controls. Before changing plans, review immediate charges, proration, the new billing interval, and credit allocation. A downgrade or cancellation does not automatically convert unused entitlements to cash. We correct billing errors and honor mandatory remedies regardless of the displayed balance. 5. Purchased, subscription, and promotional balances Subscription allocations form part of the paid plan and are provided on the schedule specified in that offer. A billing period and a credit-allocation period can differ, particularly for annual subscriptions. Renewal or a scheduled reset can replace an allocation under its disclosed rules; it does not imply that every credit type in the account resets together. One-time packs, Flex entitlements, and top-ups are separate purchases with the quantities, eligible uses, and validity shown in their offers. A manual pack purchase does not enroll you in repeated purchases unless you separately enable an automatic feature. Do not assume that a rule for one product, promotion, or provider applies to another balance. Bonus, trial, referral, or goodwill credits are not amounts you paid in cash. They follow their stated eligibility and expiry and generally have no cash redemption value. We may correct a duplicate or erroneous grant and revoke a grant obtained through abuse, with any notice, review, and protection for purchased rights required by law. A promotion cannot remove a mandatory remedy for the associated paid purchase. The displayed total can combine multiple entitlements. For an adjustment, the relevant purchase records and usage allocation determine which balance is affected; a simple percentage of the combined total can be misleading. We do not use promotional credits to inflate a cash refund or treat a restoration of previously charged usage as a new cash payment. 6. Upgrades, downgrades, and billing adjustments A plan change can take effect immediately or at a future billing boundary, as shown when you authorize it. Review the effective date, immediate amount, next renewal amount, billing interval, and effect on credits and features. An upgrade can incur an incremental charge; a downgrade does not by itself entitle you to a cash refund for the current term. Moving between annual and monthly plans is a change of billing commitment, not an automatic conversion of an annual payment into separate monthly purchases. Any approved adjustment must account for payment already collected, the new plan, taxes, prior refunds, and credits retained. A lower plan may reduce capacity or access; export or adjust work before the disclosed change takes effect. A processor proration or customer invoice credit can reduce a future invoice without returning money to your bank. It is different from a cash refund and from Motion usage credits. Where cancellation and a refund produce overlapping adjustments, we reconcile them to avoid duplicate reimbursement or an erroneous extra charge while preserving your lawful entitlements. 7. Automatic top-ups and agents Enabling automatic top-ups authorizes repeated purchases when your balance reaches the threshold, at the pack size and price displayed in settings. Multiple top-ups can occur during active use. Disable auto top-up separately to stop future automatic credit purchases; canceling subscription renewal does not necessarily disable this separately authorized feature. Changes do not reverse charges already validly incurred. API keys, service accounts, and connected agents can initiate paid work or purchases within the permissions and budgets you grant. Review and revoke those permissions when no longer needed. Authorization to create content is not unlimited authorization for undisclosed charges. Report unexpected purchases so we can investigate authorization and billing records. 8. Failures, incorrect charges, and disputes Contact us about missing credits, duplicate or incorrect charges, failed generations, inaccessible outputs, services that do not match their description, or suspected unauthorized payments. Helpful details are your account email, date, amount and currency, receipt reference, and project or job identifier. Do not send passwords or full card numbers. Send what you have; these details assist review but are not conditions that extinguish legal rights. Motion restores credits automatically for certain eligible failed operations. Credit restoration corrects the usage balance and differs from a cash refund. Some failures require manual review, and not every failed or stopped operation qualifies for automatic restoration. A credit adjustment does not replace a monetary refund or other remedy required by law. Report issues promptly. We impose no short reporting cutoff that overrides legal or payment-provider deadlines. You may contact your payment provider or regulator and exercise dispute rights. We may provide accurate transaction and usage evidence but do not treat a good-faith dispute as fraud merely because you filed it. Our usage and payment records are evidence subject to review and correction, not conclusive proof against a customer. Report an apparent duplicate debit or billed retry with the details you have. A quality complaint is assessed against the actual description and legally required standard; subjective dissatisfaction alone differs from a service that was not supplied or did not conform to its description. 9. Taxes, currency, failed payments, and nonpayment The checkout states the purchase currency and applicable taxes collected from you. Your issuer or a currency-conversion service may apply its own conversion rate or fees. Provide accurate tax and business information if requested. Any lawful business tax obligation you retain does not shift taxes Mosaic is legally responsible for onto a consumer. A refund in the original transaction currency can produce a different home-currency amount because exchange rates or issuer fees changed. We do not impose an undisclosed refund processing fee. Required tax adjustments follow applicable law. Ask the processor or issuer about a posting delay after a refund has actually been submitted. If an authorized payment fails, we or the billing provider may seek payment or retry within the authorization and applicable law. Unpaid access may be limited or suspended with appropriate notice. We do not promise a fixed grace period unless the offer provides one. Suspension does not itself settle the debt, cancel every separate authorization, or prove that an attempted charge succeeded. You may dispute a payment in good faith through support, your payment provider, or a competent authority. A dispute does not entitle either side to duplicate recovery. We may preserve relevant evidence and take proportionate steps against independently established fraud or unauthorized account activity, without treating the exercise of a legal right as misconduct. 10. Mandatory rights worldwide Some places provide cooling-off periods, automatic-renewal protections, digital-service guarantees, or remedies for unauthorized or misrepresented sales. These can apply even after credit use. We assess applicable law, the purchase, disclosures, authorization, performance, and timing rather than assuming location or usage removes all rights. Australian consumers retain guarantees and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for major failures. New Zealand consumers retain applicable Consumer Guarantees Act rights. Canadian consumers retain applicable provincial rights. US consumers retain applicable federal and state rights, including protections concerning recurring billing and unauthorized charges. Consumers elsewhere retain their mandatory local protections. These are examples, not an exhaustive list or a promise of identical remedies everywhere. Privacy and refund rights are separate. A GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy request does not automatically create a refund, and a no-refund clause cannot prevent a valid access, deletion, objection, or other privacy request. We handle each part of a combined request on its own legal basis. 11. EEA and UK withdrawal EEA and UK consumers generally have 14 days from concluding an online service or digital-content contract to withdraw without a reason, subject to applicable rules and exceptions. Longer periods can apply if required information was missing. Send a clear statement before the deadline to team@usemosaic.ai or Mosaic AI Labs, Inc., 660 York Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States. The model statement below is optional. Subscription cancellation stops renewal; tell us if you also want to withdraw from a purchase. Digital content and ongoing services have different rules. For digital content not on a tangible medium, loss of withdrawal rights requires the legally required prior express consent to begin supply, acknowledgment of loss of the right, and confirmation on a durable medium. For services, beginning performance alone does not remove the right: loss on full performance requires the applicable prior request and acknowledgment. Proportionate payment on withdrawal requires the applicable information and express request and covers only qualifying services supplied before withdrawal notice. Generic policy acceptance, an 'all purchases final' notice, credit availability, or credit use alone is not proof of a valid waiver. If required consent, disclosures, or confirmation are missing, law may require a full refund, including for content already supplied. We do not automatically deduct consumed credits in that situation. Statutory withdrawal refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days after withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Payment-provider posting time can vary. Stop using or sharing the service or content after withdrawal where law requires it. Model statement: To Mosaic AI Labs, Inc., team@usemosaic.ai, 660 York Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States: I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for this Motion purchase: [plan or pack]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only if submitted on paper. Any other clear statement of withdrawal is also accepted. 12. Review, refunds, and account closure We review the policy and offer applicable to your purchase, subject to mandatory law. We may reasonably verify ownership and ask for information needed to investigate. We explain refusals or partial adjustments and their basis. There is no fee to request review. Request cancellation as well if you want to stop renewal; a refund request does not automatically cancel a subscription. Approved monetary refunds normally return to the original method. We may remove corresponding refunded credits or access, preserving unrelated paid entitlements and legal rights. If a marketplace is the seller on your receipt, its process may apply; we help identify the seller rather than assume all mobile purchases use an app store. Account deletion removes access and unused credits as described in the Terms and Privacy Policy, but does not erase a valid refund claim. If we permanently end paid access without your breach, we refund the unused prepaid period and unused purchased credits for the affected Service. Retained financial records remain subject to legal and retention requirements. Any discretionary refund is limited to what we actually approve and does not create a general refund promise for other purchases. A promotional money-back offer, negotiated contract, or mandatory right can provide a different result and controls within its scope. We will not describe a processor credit as a completed card refund or require you to waive unrelated privacy or consumer rights to request review. Privacy Policy ============== 1. Scope and responsibility Mosaic AI Labs, Inc. operates Motion. This policy covers Motion's web and mobile apps, Library backup, agents, APIs, integrations, Community, and related Mosaic services that link to it. Contact team@usemosaic.ai or Mosaic AI Labs, Inc., 660 York Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States. We act as controller where we determine why and how account, billing, security, and service-operation information is processed. Customer content processed solely on an organization's instructions may instead be governed by its data-processing agreement. Contact your workspace administrator for processing it controls; we can help direct requests. 2. Information and sources Account and contact information includes names, emails, account identifiers, sign-in information, membership, preferences, support requests, and communications supplied by you, an organization, or a sign-in provider. Content includes prompts, messages, uploaded photos, videos and audio, projects, outputs, editing history, feedback, captions, thumbnails, embeddings, search indexes, and memories used by requested features. Media may contain faces, voices, location, or information about other people. Metadata includes filenames, sizes, duration, dimensions, capture dates, device information, and backup deduplication identifiers. Transaction information includes plans, invoices, billing and tax details, purchases, balances, usage, payment status, and limited payment-method details from billing providers. Payment providers process full payment credentials under their own notices; never send those credentials to support. Technical information includes IP addresses, browser and app versions, device and network information, timestamps, feature activity, errors, operational logs, and diagnostics. Optional analytics and referral attribution collect activity and referral identifiers according to your choices. Connected-service information includes access tokens, permissions, identifiers, and files or publishing information made available through an authorized integration. The feature and permissions determine the scope. We receive information directly from you and from the operation of requested features. Other sources include a sign-in provider, a connected account you authorize, a payment or billing provider, a workspace administrator, a person sharing content with you, and a referral or support interaction. What we receive depends on the feature and the permissions involved. Project context and derived information can include generated descriptions, transcripts, tags, vector representations, and saved preferences used to retrieve content or continue work. Derived information may be inaccurate and may still identify you. You can contact us about an incorrect inference or an item that is being retained or used unexpectedly. 3. Uses and legal bases We use information to create and secure accounts, provide and bill for Motion, store and retrieve content, execute requested AI operations, manage integrations, deliver support, and communicate about purchases or service changes. Where GDPR applies, processing necessary to perform our contract or take requested pre-contract steps relies on that basis. We may use usage information, feedback, and relevant prompts, media, outputs, and project context to understand performance, investigate problems, assess output quality, and improve Motion's features, reliability, and safety. This can include automated checks and review by authorized personnel or providers working on our behalf. We limit information and access to what is appropriate for the purpose and respect applicable agreements and privacy choices. These uses do not include training or fine-tuning AI models with your personal information or customer content. Service reliability, troubleshooting, product improvement and evaluation, security, abuse prevention, and protecting legal rights may rely on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights, where permitted. Product improvement is not automatically necessary to perform every customer contract. Required accounting, tax, regulatory, and lawful-request processing relies on legal obligations. Uses requiring consent, including certain tracking, marketing, sensitive-data processing, or permissions, require a separate choice that can be withdrawn. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of prior processing. Required account and transaction information is needed to supply the Service. Optional tracking or marketing is not a condition of unrelated core functionality. Accepting the Terms, signing in, or granting device access is not consent to every analytics or marketing use. 4. Photos, voices, sensitive information, and biometric uses Photos, videos, audio, and project text can reveal sensitive matters even when you did not intend them to. Faces and voices can be processed for generation, transcription, editing, or search. A photograph or voice recording is not automatically a biometric identifier in every jurisdiction, but some derived measurements or uses can be specially regulated. Do not submit government identification numbers, complete financial credentials, medical records, biometric identification templates, or similarly sensitive material unless you have authority and an appropriate supported feature or agreement. Do not use Motion to identify or authenticate people from biometric characteristics or build a surveillance database. For features involving another person's likeness or voice, obtain their required permission and provide any legally required notice. Required biometric or sensitive-data consent must be specific to the processing and obtained separately where law requires. General Terms acceptance or permission to access a photo library does not authorize every face, voice, or identification use. The relevant feature must provide any required notice, retention information, and choice before processing. Contact team@usemosaic.ai about such processing, withdrawal of consent, or deletion. Retention of original media, derived information, and provider copies can differ. We do not promise that all face or voice processing is transient or that all derived information is immediately destroyed. The retention and deletion provisions below apply together with any more specific feature notice and stricter legal requirement. Declining an optional sensitive-data feature does not prevent use of unrelated features. 5. Providers, AI, and sharing Motion uses Google Cloud Storage to store uploaded media, project assets, previews, and generated outputs. Supabase handles authentication and account, project, and application records. Railway hosts the web application, APIs, and background services; Modal runs compute-intensive media processing and video rendering; and Cloudflare supports domain management and access infrastructure. Payment and subscription providers process payments and manage subscriptions, usage, credits, and entitlements. Analytics providers support usage measurement and troubleshooting, subject to the privacy choices described below. Email providers deliver transactional messages, such as invitations and service notices. Support information can also be handled in email and collaboration systems. AI and media features send relevant prompts, media, project content, or derived data to the providers needed for the selected feature. Google Vertex AI provides Gemini processing for supported text, image, audio, and video inputs. OpenAI and Anthropic provide models for supported content creation and editing; fal.ai generates images and video; Deepgram supports voice input and transcription; and ElevenLabs generates voiceovers and audio. Exa searches the web and retrieves information for research and creative context, while Firecrawl retrieves website content and screenshots for reference. We use providers to perform requested processing and the limited product-quality, troubleshooting, and safety activities described in this policy. We do not use your personal information or customer content to train or fine-tune AI models, and we do not permit AI providers processing that information on our behalf to do so. Processing locations and retention periods can vary by provider and feature; no-training does not mean no processing or zero retention. Eligible Motion Enterprise configurations can support a zero data retention option through applicable Vertex AI processing and agreed handling of temporary content. The enterprise agreement defines the covered content, enabled features, processing providers, and any required operational records. Enterprise terms can also define permitted AI providers, access permissions, data location, retention and deletion, and data return or export where supported. Applicable third-party no-training terms are documented for the agreed configuration. Contact us before submitting data that requires specific contractual restrictions, or to request a data-processing agreement and available security documentation. Applicable signed agreements control. Sharing links, collaboration, integrations, publishing, and Community disclose information according to your instructions and selected audience. Community submissions remain private from the feed pending moderation. Recipients can retain copies outside our systems. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect safety and legal rights, investigate abuse, or carry out a corporate transaction with applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws also treat disclosures in exchange for other valuable consideration as a sale. California's defined term 'sharing' concerns cross-context behavioral advertising; it does not mean every disclosure to a service provider. Optional browser affiliate tracking is subject to your choice, and Global Privacy Control disables optional browser tracking on the sites with these controls. Contact us to exercise broader applicable opt-out rights. A provider may act on our instructions for one activity and independently for another, such as your payment provider's fraud prevention or a platform you connect. Its own notice explains independent processing. We share information relevant to the activity, rather than giving every listed vendor every category of information. A provider example in this notice is not a representation that it handled your particular project. 6. Product improvement and no model training We do not use your personal information or customer content to train or fine-tune AI models. Customer content includes your prompts, messages, uploaded photos, videos and audio, projects, and generated outputs. This commitment also covers copies and derived material used as training data; removing names or account identifiers does not create an exception. We improve Motion through activities such as fixing bugs, measuring speed and reliability, investigating failed operations, assessing the quality of results, and improving interface and workflow behavior. Relevant content may be processed for those limited purposes as described above, but is not used as model-training material. Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers with a need to perform the activity, subject to applicable agreements, privacy choices, and law. Using an existing model to generate a response, transcribe media, create an embedding, or retrieve project context is processing needed for a feature; it is different from training or fine-tuning a model on that information. The no-training commitment does not prevent that requested processing or mean that all content is immediately deleted. The retention and deletion provisions below continue to apply. No model-training opt-out is needed because we do not use this information for model training. Optional browser tracking remains subject to Cookie settings. You may also exercise applicable rights to object to processing, withdraw consent for consent-based uses, or request deletion by contacting team@usemosaic.ai. 7. Public content, organizations, and external destinations Public posts and profile details can be seen and copied by other users and visitors, and may be indexed where the feature permits public access. Private sharing can also disclose information to recipients you select. Review the audience, accompanying account information, and destination before publishing. We cannot control independent recipients' copies, but will assess requests about information within our control and applicable obligations to notify recipients. For a supported organizational workspace, administrators and members can access information according to their roles. The organization may be responsible for its own processing of employee or customer information. Direct requests concerning that organization's decisions to it; contact us if you need help identifying the appropriate route. Third-party websites, payment pages, embedded resources, and connected platforms have their own practices. Following a link or instructing an agent to use a destination may disclose information to it. Our notice does not govern an independent third party. Disconnecting access does not automatically delete information already delivered there. 8. Cookies and privacy choices Necessary cookies and local storage support sign-in, security, service settings, and remembering your privacy choice. On Motion's website and mosaic.so, optional browser analytics and affiliate tracking stay off unless you opt in. Cookie settings lets you accept all, reject optional tracking, or choose analytics and affiliate tracking separately. You can reopen Cookie settings and withdraw consent at any time. Global Privacy Control takes priority over a saved opt-in and turns optional tracking off. Choices are specific to the browser and site, expire after six months, and are requested again when the notice version changes. Optional analytics measures website usage and page and feature events. Optional affiliate tracking connects referrals to activity or purchases. These technologies can disclose device, network, page, and referral information to providers that support those functions. Server processing needed to provide, bill for, secure, and troubleshoot the Service is separate from optional browser tracking. Browser controls can block or delete storage, although blocking necessary storage can affect functionality. Device permissions are managed in operating-system settings. You may unsubscribe from marketing or contact us; necessary account, billing, security, and request-response messages can continue. Optional analytics and affiliate technologies may use cookies or similar browser storage when the relevant choice permits them. A first-party consent cookie remembers your choices for 180 days. Authentication cookies and storage used to deliver an expressly requested function are separate from optional measurement. A technology need not set a cookie to disclose information: scripts, pixels, local storage, network requests, and links can also carry device or activity data. Our optional-tracking choice gates the covered scripts as well as their storage. Clearing storage, using another browser, or visiting another site can require a new choice. The browser setting does not by itself remove information already collected or propagate a request to every server-side system; contact us for a broader applicable rights request. 9. Communications and information that no longer identifies you We use account contact information for requested support, service changes, billing, security, and rights-request responses. Optional marketing follows the permissions and opt-out requirements that apply to it. Unsubscribe using the message's available control or contact team@usemosaic.ai. Opting out of marketing does not stop a necessary receipt, security notice, or reply to your request. We may combine or summarize information to understand Motion's reliability and use. Removing a name does not necessarily make information anonymous: account hashes, device identifiers, and linkable usage histories can still be personal information. Where we treat information as legally de-identified or anonymous, we take reasonable measures against identification, maintain it in that form, do not attempt to re-identify it except for legally permitted testing of those measures, and require recipients to follow applicable restrictions on re-identification. Otherwise this policy continues to apply. Creating a summary does not override the no-training commitment above. 10. Retention and deletion Retention depends on the purpose, account or asset status, feature, accounting and tax requirements, security or fraud risks, disputes, and provider or backup constraints. We retain information only as long as needed for those purposes. Contact us for the period or criteria applicable to your data; there is no universal retention period for all systems. Delete Library assets or request account deletion in Motion settings or by contacting us. Library deletion starts removal of the cloud copy, analysis, and indexes. Account deletion disables the shared Mosaic identity and access across Motion, Canvas, and other Mosaic products, cancels active Motion subscriptions, and starts deletion of private Motion projects and Library assets. Processing runs asynchronously across storage, databases, analytics, memory, and connected providers, with retries after failures. Sign-out or acceptance of a deletion request does not mean every downstream copy has been erased. Financial, security, deletion-request, and dispute records may be retained for legal obligations or legal claims. Limited identifiers may be retained to prevent account or billing recreation and promotion abuse, subject to an appropriate basis and retention limit. Hashed or pseudonymous identifiers can still be personal information. These exceptions do not permit indefinite retention of all content. Backups and storage recovery versions can persist until their retention period expires. Where erasure applies, backups must be restricted from ordinary use and deletion reapplied after restoration. Other Mosaic products, team workspaces, published posts, and other people's authorized copies may require separate assessment; sharing is not an automatic exemption from privacy rights. We explain relevant scope and exceptions in responding. 11. Your rights Depending on law, rights may include access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, or opting out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Rights concerning sensitive information and automated decisions may also apply. Contact team@usemosaic.ai; no statutory citation or special wording is needed. Identity and authorized-agent checks must be proportionate and avoid unnecessary data collection. For GDPR requests we respond without undue delay and generally within one calendar month. Where legally permitted for complex or numerous requests, we explain an extension within that month and may take up to two additional months. Covered California access, correction, and deletion requests usually have a 45-day response period, with a permitted extension and notice where applicable. Other requests may have shorter deadlines; the applicable deadline controls. We do not discriminate or retaliate for exercising rights. We explain any lawful exception to a request. You may complain to your local data-protection authority, including an EEA supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Reply asking for review or appeal if you disagree; statutory appeal rights remain available. Deletion does not require abandoning a refund claim, and billing disputes do not suspend privacy rights. 12. California and other US state privacy rights If a state privacy law covers our processing of your information, its rights and exceptions apply in addition to this notice. Depending on the law, you may request access to categories or specific information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, information about recipients, or an opt-out from sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain significant profiling. Additional limits or consent requirements can apply to sensitive personal information. The information categories described above include identifiers and contact details; customer-account records; commercial and transaction information; internet, device, and service activity; uploaded audio, visual, and other electronic content; work or organizational details supplied to us; and derived information such as tags or preferences. Sensitive information can occur in credentials, private communications, or material you choose to supply. This is a description of categories, not a statement that every category is collected about every person. Sources, purposes, recipients, and retention criteria are described in the corresponding sections. You may request the disclosures and applicable historical lookback required by your law, including relevant categories of information collected or disclosed. A generic reference to providers does not replace a legally required response concerning your information. We do not sell personal information for money. Broader legal definitions can include disclosures for other valuable consideration and certain disclosures through affiliate or advertising technologies. Use Cookie settings or Global Privacy Control for the covered browser tracking, and contact team@usemosaic.ai for an applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out beyond that browser. We assess the actual processing and applicable law; an ordinary Terms agreement is not permission to disregard an opt-out. Submit access, correction, deletion, portability, sensitive-information, or appeal requests to team@usemosaic.ai. You may use an authorized representative where permitted. We may verify identity and authority proportionately for requests that disclose or change personal information, without requiring an account solely to make a request or unnecessary identification for an opt-out. For covered California access, correction, and deletion requests, we generally respond within 45 days and notify you if a lawful extension of up to 45 additional days is needed. Other request types and states can have different or shorter deadlines. We explain a denial and any available appeal; reply to request an appeal and you may also contact the appropriate state regulator. We do not discriminate for exercising protected rights. California residents may also request information required by the Shine the Light law about certain disclosures to third parties for those parties' own direct marketing. Send the request to team@usemosaic.ai. This right is distinct from access to your account or a browser cookie choice. 13. EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other regions Where European data-protection law applies, personal information in this notice includes personal data. Mosaic is responsible as controller for the purposes it determines; processing on a business customer's instructions may instead be governed by that customer's arrangement with us. Contract necessity, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and specific consent are distinct grounds described in this notice and are used only where applicable. For legitimate-interest processing, you may object based on your circumstances. You may object to direct marketing where that right applies and withdraw a consent-based permission without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing. Access, correction, erasure, restriction, and portability rights have legal conditions and exceptions; an exception to one request does not remove all your other rights. If GDPR applies, the general response period is one calendar month, with a notified extension only where legally permitted. You can complain to the supervisory authority in your habitual residence, workplace, or place of the alleged infringement, as applicable, or to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. You do not have to obtain our permission to contact a regulator. Swiss and other regional laws may provide similar or additional rights. Contact team@usemosaic.ai with the request and enough information to identify the relevant processing. We apply the law that governs the request, including local response and appeal requirements, rather than assuming that rights are limited to the regions named here. 14. Transfers, security, and children We and providers may process information in the United States and other countries with different laws. Where transfer safeguards are required, an appropriate lawful mechanism is needed, such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards. Contact us for information applicable to your data. We do not claim that every provider or data flow is covered by a particular certification. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service guarantees absolute security. Report suspected incidents to team@usemosaic.ai. We assess incidents and give notices required by law. Motion is intended for adults. Contact us if a child has provided information without lawful authorization so we can investigate and act appropriately. 15. Automated processing and review Motion uses automated systems to generate content, retrieve relevant material, apply usage controls, and help detect security or policy issues. These systems can make mistakes. Generated text about a person is not necessarily accurate personal information, and a model output is not a verified factual determination. If you believe an automated restriction, billing result, or inference about you is wrong, contact team@usemosaic.ai and identify the decision or affected feature. We review the request under the applicable process. Where law provides rights concerning a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects, you may request the required information, contest the result, and seek human involvement. This notice does not assert that every algorithm is such a decision or waive any protection that applies. 16. Updates We identify the version date and notify users of material changes, obtaining consent where required. Updating this policy does not itself authorize an incompatible new use of previously collected information. Contact us at team@usemosaic.ai or the address in section 1. Content Policy ============== 1. Prohibited content and conduct Do not use Motion for child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualized depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, terrorist recruitment, violent wrongdoing, fraud, malware, unlawful surveillance, or exposing private information without authority. Do not impersonate real people or clone a voice or likeness without required permission, misrepresent endorsements, distribute harmful deceptive synthetic media, or infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights. Follow applicable synthetic-content, election, advertising, and commercial-communication disclosure rules. Do not evade safety controls, spam, abuse promotions, or access others' data. Context and law matter; a creative tool is not permission for unlawful use. 2. Security, platform abuse, and restricted decision uses Do not probe or exploit systems without authorization, distribute malicious code, steal tokens, interfere with other users' work, bypass rate or access limits, or extract private training, account, or project data. Do not automate spam, fabricate referrals, cycle accounts to obtain repeated promotions, or use stolen payment details. Do not present Motion as an identity-verification service, use it to build a biometric surveillance system, or rely on generated content as the sole basis for a decision about a person's employment, credit, housing, insurance, health, or other significant rights without the safeguards required by law. Motion does not provide regulated professional advice merely because an output resembles it. Report a suspected vulnerability to team@usemosaic.ai with the information needed to reproduce it safely. Do not access unrelated customer data, disrupt service, demand payment in exchange for withholding harm, or publish credentials or personal information. This reporting route does not restrict lawful protected reporting or research rights. 3. Synthetic-media disclosure, asset licenses, and rights Where law or the destination platform requires it, disclose that content is synthetic or materially altered, including relevant advertising, impersonation, and election contexts. Do not remove provenance information, watermarks, or ownership notices to deceive others or defeat a required disclosure. Permission to use an editing feature is not permission to falsely imply a real person's endorsement. Stock footage, music, fonts, templates, and third-party model outputs can carry separate license conditions. Obtain necessary rights for the intended audience, territory, distribution, and commercial use. Supplying a license or release helps establish authority but does not require Motion or a provider to process content that independently violates safety rules or law. If content is determined to violate another person's rights or an applicable restriction, stop further prohibited distribution within your control and cooperate with reasonable corrective steps. We do not require you to surrender a lawful challenge or comply with an unsupported claim merely because someone alleges infringement. 4. Moderation, reports, and review We may use automated safeguards and human review to investigate violations and moderate public features. Community videos remain private from the feed until approved. Viewers can report content and block creators. We may remove content or restrict access proportionately, with notice and review where appropriate or required. Report violations, infringement, or a disputed moderation decision to team@usemosaic.ai. Identify the content or location, the issue, your contact information, and any authority to act for a rights holder. For copyright claims, include the protected work, allegedly infringing material, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature. We may seek further information and provide a response or appeal path as required by law. Do not submit knowingly false reports. Review may include the reported content, related instructions, and necessary account or technical records. We may restrict content while investigating an urgent risk, preserve evidence where lawful, and comply with valid legal process. Moderation is not a promise to inspect every upload or a guarantee that approved content is lawful. Serious or repeated violations can result in suspension or termination under the Terms. 5. Urgent image-abuse reports, copyright complaints, and appeals If you or someone you represent is depicted in non-consensual intimate material, or a child may be at risk, contact team@usemosaic.ai and identify the content or location and the nature of the concern. State whether you are the affected person or an authorized representative. Do not redistribute illegal images or send extra intimate material to prove the claim. We assess requests under applicable removal deadlines and evidence requirements. For a copyright report, identify the work, the allegedly infringing location, your contact information and authority, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law, and a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury, with a physical or electronic signature. Provide enough detail for us to locate the material. Knowingly false reports can carry legal consequences. If you believe a removal or account restriction was mistaken, reply to the notice or contact team@usemosaic.ai with the relevant reference and reasons for review. Where a statutory counter-notice or appeal procedure applies, we provide the applicable route and required information. We may share necessary complaint information with the affected party subject to law and safety considerations.
