Being a founder right now feels like your company is moving faster than you can explain it. With technology moving faster than ever, every new day feels exponential, and every moment matters. You, as the builder on the cutting edge, need to adapt.
The acceleration from AI creates a content backlog.

Every startup faces this. They create unknown new features; they make workflows that customers would care about if they ACTUALLY knew about them. You're making improvements that your customers couldn't name.

So, at Mosaic, we made one rule:

If the team shipped something meaningful, someone had to turn it into a launch.
We did not want something small for the large changes we brought. We wanted to make a story about anything and everything. Stop shouting into the void through your change log or scrollable post; make a video that captures the eye.
dont be like this. make a video, capture the crowd.

As you can tell, there is a new form of media. Launching videos, storytelling, and distributing is how you keep up with the competition. From the bottom to the top, all companies are doing this content strategy.
You cannot hide in a 30-second launch video; the video forces the question a founder should always ask: WHAT changed, WHY does it matter, WHO is it for, and WHAT is the one thing people should remember?

Each and Every Launch We Made:

The month started with the big one: Motion's GA launch.
We launched Motion publicly with a video made entirely with the product.
But we didn't stop there...

The important part is not that every launch was huge. Some were. Some were not.
The important part is that the market kept getting updated. We stopped letting shipped work sit quietly inside the product.

You Have <10 Employees, How?!

Thats right. Our team is 6 people who all made their own launch posts.
To start, we don't let our engineers sleep or eat.
Just kidding, we tackled each launch post like this:
We tackled each launch post like this.
we have many many more connectors

An Example Launch We Actually Made:

Launch Every Day.

We launched every day in June because launches became part of how we ship, not something we did after shipping.
The companies that win will not just ship faster. They will explain faster.
They will not let shipped work sit quietly inside the product. They will turn product progress into market memory, over and over again. If your team is shipping at 10x speed, your launch process has to catch up.
Motion is how we did it.

We Can Do Your Launches Too.

While we were doing this internally, we were also making professional launch videos for startups, including 15+ YC startups. (check out this link if you're interested)
